nightvision starlight

Hi to all, I need to purchase two camera (dome type), i plan to mount it on the wall (of my house). When i use IP Video System Design Tool, i have found two interesting cam : DH-SD50430U-HNI for the front IPC-HDBW5631R-ZE on the side (more discreet) Both cam doesn't have Starlight feature :(...
