thumbnails

I've been recording video with Hikvision ColorVu cameras for two years now and never been able to figure out how to produce .mp4 files that display a thumbnail image. Does anyone know how to get the recorded files to show up as thumbnails and not just icons? Of course I've tried associating...

Hi all.. I have the web interface setup but am seeing red x's on the thumbnails and no files showing in the list below. Live video is displayed just no files Any ideas?
