I just setup 3 more cameras and 2 of them are hikvision 2032s. I was getting great performance out of it today until I realized one of them dipped in FPS to 15. no matter what I do, I can't get it over 15fps...
I've confirmed in hikvision that the fps is set to 25. I also verified that on BI, it's set to 25 fps as well and adjust automatically is checked off.
I can disable all cameras, and this one is still at 15. it floats right around 14.99 and 15.08... It indicates (to me) that something is preventing it from going over 15fps
any ideas? Last thing I can think of is to delete the camera and re-add then do factory reset for the camera
on hikvision's web interface, it's showing (since no FPS, i'm guessing) very smooth video. probably at it's correct speed of 25 fps
let me add that all cameras are POE/PLA connected and computer is hard wired into the router as well.
