I've two Hikvision cameras connected to synology surveillance station, and I've 3 tablets around the house using tinycam pro streaming both the cameras using RTSP from the synology. One of the cameras, in only one of the tablets, randomly starts to drop 100% frames. Then I go to camera settings > camera status, and it takes a few seconds to recover and start to stream again. But this time it uses software decoding, it was using HW decoding. Any clues what might be going wrong ?
I know it's not a network issue, as other camera keeps streaming. And when it starts to drop frames for one cam, I can still see 56 KB/s as the transfer bandwidth in the blank screen.
