20 IP cam wiring diagram needed

Hi Folks
OK been adding cams to my system now my internet is at a crawl for the download speed

Need to order some new hardware, switches etc
looking for a block diagram of how the best way is to do this. My old brain is in poop mode

I have a dedicated IP for my BI server on my network, business fios at home.
My upload speed seems unaffected but download drops 20 mbps when BI is on

I must be doing something wrong?

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated

Changing out 1 switch went from 50% network usage to 5%
