I'm looking to purchase another camera. I currently have:

1 x Hikvision 7700NI-I4/16P​

2 x Hikvision 8MP (2CD2385FWD-I) 2.8mm / 4mm​

Looking for similar turret cameras in 8MP resolution. What are the basic differences between the DS-2CD2383 and DS-2CD2385 units? And is there a list of release dates of products available anywhere? I found a very useful Google sheet of products, but this doesn't have the latest products.

83G2 is not equal to old 85FWD and 85FWD-(B) series, if you are looking for something equal/better then look for 86G2 series and for now C versions.
