Bought 2x IPC-T54IR-AS-S3 from Amazon today. Don't know if there is any tickets left, but thought I'd post here.
Please send me email (kingsecurity2014@163.com )if you want to get tickets after you buy during the sales with order screenshot. Then i can send the tickets No. back.

Andy, having email issues, I sent the info, but may go into your spam folder.
Installed a IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3, today. It didn't include the star bit tool unlike the original 5442 cameras. I check my other 54IR and found it didn't have it either. Is that to be expected?
It is hiding under the bottom cardboard (or at least mine was) so make sure you take everything out of the box.
@EMPIRETECANDY I found it. And it was inside the bottom piece. I had taken it out and thought it was "under" the bottom piece and checked there earlier.

Whoa, almost missed out on tickets. I think I just bought the last three!
Yes the forum failed connecting from Firday to this afternoon, just back to normal. So the lottery picking up will have some days delay. The tickets entry will close on Tuesday.
