2cd-2132 cam with alliexpres upgrade soft or v3.0.9 english

Hello. I have 6 cameras Hikvision 2cd - 2132 bought a year ago for alliexpress ( in English) .These suspended high up on the outside of the building , hooked one LAN cable ( PoE ) for Hikvision with integrated PoE switch . Is it possible to upload a software upgrade quality ? Do I even updated it already is. In my cameras is a software v3.0.9

Unless you are having problems* then don't update the cameras and leave them as they are. You will most likely end up causing more problems and headaches for yourself.

*or you enjoy tinkering with this stuff / know what you are doing.

okay , I leave then unchanged. all cameras have the ability to set the resolution to 3 megapixels and one only max 2 megapixel . \ What could be wrong ?

Sounds like that one could be just a 2mp camera

try the setting in the camera itself, not through nvr. If problem still there, factory reset ur camera. If still there, upgrade firmware. If still there, osamielec is right
