Would 64 gb of ram as opposed to 32 gb of ram do anything meaningful or overkill?

Also, I have FIOS gigabit 940/880 use to have 400/35 with optimum

Now remotely, those 13 6 and 8 mp main home cams show up on my display grid as fluid as can be ( of course upload went from 35 to 880 !)

I have 32gb ram on an i7-8700 with an Nvidia card, 21 cams. Most are using sub-streams, but a few are not. BI numbers are 16,900 kB/s and 545 MP/s. I rarely use over 9.5 GB ram. The only other thing running on my machine is an NTP server. I use UI3 and also RDP.

I have 13 cameras, most 2MP on a i7-4790 with 16 GB memory, 700 MP/s. Never use more than 4.5 GB memory.
