Any chance someone has a copy of this firmware they could share? I would like to test animal detection stuff with it lol. The HX4XXX version is readily available, but this version is no where to be found.

Thank you but I think that's a actually a different firmware. My link got screwed up, but according to Andy's post here (IPC-HX4XXX-Volt_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000000.11.R.191230) (and just confirmed in the HWID file in the fw you sent), the HX4XXX version is for the fixed focal length (-AS) models. The OP for this HX5XXX version says it's for varifocal (-ZE) models.

I've got the 10.R and 12.R versions of the 5xxx volt firmware.

(If you melt them and stir together, you'll have a double helping of 11.R )
