Hi.
I have this setup at a clients, and it keeps seeming to stop working after working successfully when I'm there, as is always the case.

The 4 x KH6320's are powered PoE, with only the 4, 5, 7, 8 pins being used, however they are connected via WiFi. The KV6113 is connected in the same way. The KD8003 is connected via a PoE switch using a Point 2 Point WiFi bridge.

The WiFi network uses TP Link EAP 610 APs, with unique SSID for the access point nearest the screen.

The error that usually comes up is 10702 when trying to view live feed. When pressing either KD8003 or KV6113 button, you get an engaged tone.

It appears to be a WiFi related issue, but I just can't pinpoint it.

Any help greatly appreciated.
 
There was a problem with older firmwares

When it lost connection, it did not auto connect itself back when it could. You had to manually connect again.

Upgrade firmware on indoor station, aswell on door station.

Also why are you using 45 78 for power? when you could use 12 36 for both network and power?

IEEE 803.af standard will give you network + PoE on 2 pairs.

Wifi with hikvision devices haven been proven numerous time to be a bad choice.

I am not sure if I can directly update to the latest firmware revision or I need to install all the intermediate firmware and at the end the latest one.
Also I am concerned about possible hardware compatibility with the EU firmware since I can't be 100% sure the hardaware comes from EU even if purchased from an Italian distributor
Here is my original software and what I see on the EU portal:

Latest firmware available from Hikvision Netherlands portal:
V2.2.24 Build 240115

V2.2.77_240515
I will appreciate for any reccomandations on this subject

Dear trempa92,
I have successfully updated the indoor and outdoor station.Unfortunately and randomly every 2 three times when I start the live view on the monitor, the video is blank with the error code 10702. I suppose there is a problem with the outdoor ip configuration. As you can see in the picture, the outdoor station point to the indoor station by ip 192.168.1.186 This is the indoor station physical lan -not connected- ip address. In fact the indoor station works with wi-fi with ip 192.168.1.147.
If I ping 192.168.1.186 I get the reply so it looks the monitor properly answer even if it is not Lan connected. Do you think I need to change the ip in the picture with wifi ip?

By the image, you did not successfully update indoor station, this list shows firmware 2.1.34 which was troublemaker.
Hi, I have noted the same anomaly and not sure why this happen becasue on the iVMS and on the physical display I see the correct firmware:

Hi , just to let you know that I have solved the issue. My wifi AP was setted with ax frequency and I switched to b,g, frequency and no more errors or video issues. Hope this helps
