i have two hilooks ipc-t651h-z with original Firmware 5.5.2 181101. (It s a hikvision).
It is a G0 series platform.
I have updated one cam with an hik Firmware 5.5.82 190130.

After that - the common webside of the hilook/hik Shows the error :
Access Error: 404 -- Not Found
Can't locate document: /notSupported.asp

(tested with different Clients and browser)

But over the hikvision Batch Configuration tool i can do almost everything (Live view, configuration changes and so on)

Is it possible to "export" the old original Firmware from the "old" working one, to the non working one?
I dont find the old "working" Firmware from hilook 5.5.2 181101. So that would be great if it is possible to Export the Firmware from a working one.

As a possible cause - despite that you have tried different browsers - try clearing the browser cache and cookies.
Sometimes different web layouts on firmware updates can be troublesome with old cache content.
Another way to test that is to change the camera IP address (SADP can do that) to one that's not been used, so no cached data.

I will try. But i dont think that solve the Problem. Because i Tested IT with an Second client..... But the Change of the IP adresse is a Thing that i can test....

The used Firmware was a hilook Firmware. Not a hikvision Firmware. I proofed that currently.
The PDF tells that IT is for txx5xH.
My model is T651H...
