I recently installed one of two 4231F-AS 3.6 cameras in my home. For some reason this camera switches to black/white mode and stays that way. I can go in and change it back to color and then back to auto, but it will eventually default to black/white mode again. I have two other Dahua cameras (diff models) that I installed and were up and running without any issues and didnt require me to change any default settings for them to transition from color to black/white. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
