My local supplier does a 3 year NEXT DAY EXCHANGE SERVICE. They also have their own Dahua in house engineers so your not sending it some residential address claiming to be Dahua Service Centre leaving you not weeks but months without a camera. If you notice most Chinese sellers state on their site such as AliExpress/eBay/social Media "One year warranty: all items come with 1 year manufacture warranty " which is false as you get a sellers warranty.

NOW THAT'S "PROPER" DAHUA SERVICE FOR YOU!.

It has arrived! It is up and already the focus is sooo much better than the last one. Still need to fine tune things. Had to update the firmware cause tracking wasn't working out of the box. For some reason my presets are way off even though I saved the camera's settings and imported it. Easy fix. Even though the process was time consuming, Andy stood by his product and came through. I am HAPPY and will continue buying Andy's products.
