4TB harddrive showing as 3726.02GB after formatting using HIK NVR

Hi,

Anyone know why around 274GB storage would be used once formatted?


I believe generally drives have low available storage than advertised but wondered whether HIK was causing any further storage loss as i am not sure how much a 4TB would show once installed in windows.

That is normal for a 4tb drive.
