4th Gen i5-4590 be able to handle 6x 3MP cams at 15FPS record on motion only?

I am looking at replacing my weak laptop with something not too expensive to handle 6 of the 8 3MP cams that I have running at 15FPS and it only records when BI detects certain level of motion. I don't have plans to run continuous recording on any of the cams, there is no reason for it.

Would something like 4th Gen i5-4590 Processor (3.30GHz Turbo, 6MB) with 8GB of RAM work for that kind of load?
