My substreams are running at 7FPS while my mains are at 15FPS on some cameras (this is not by choice, it's a dumb Dahua limitation on some hardware).. on those cameras, when soloing a camera on UI3, the main stream displays at 7FPS instead of 15FPS. When playing back alerts/clips, they play at the full 15FPS. The resolution is full on solo and playback.
