If it helps, I have found the Intel Beta accelerating to be more efficient and stable on my system. So try other modes.

When did Intel Beta finally start working? It used to just straight up not work. I just enabled it and my GPU performance went back to the amazing levels that I used to have with normal Intel before the sub stream updates had killed it. Thank you for the suggestion!

I changed BI to use Intel HA and then stopped BI. After that, I changed my cameras to H.264 and then rebooted my BI workstation. I now can't get the BI service to run. Not sure how to recover...

This normally happens if one or more of your cams can’t run with HA.

Have a look in the registry and see if you can find the key that corresponds to HA and try changing it. No idea what the key is though.
