5.7.9.4 Getting "Restart AI to refresh the list" when trying to select custom modules. No amount of restart works

Getting Restart AI to refresh the list. Something broke in detection and I can't sort it out. Did my restarts, re-installs, downgrades, and upgrades.

Running 5.7.9.4 BI (downgraded from 5.7.9.5 when I think it broke) with 2.1.11 CodeProjectAI on Win10 PC. Using CPU since Intel GPU on mobo and no external GPU.

I suspect custom models are not being seen, since no other settings or anything else changed since the last time it worked.

Roll back to the last deemed stable update.
