my cameras are so random, they will random strobe like the IR is getting stronger and weaker, strong and weaker, sometimes it happens on one camera, sometimes on the other, so annoying.... does anyone have this happening if so whats solution

It could be anything without seeing screenshots of your settings or the video.
My first guess is you have Smart IR on and it is raining and wet and it is constantly trying to adjust to the reflection.
Given the height and field of view of those cameras, I would turn smart IR off and go to manual and adjust it to your field of view.

Smart IR did the same thing to one of my cams. A reflection would get it just right and have it freak out. It was extremely random when it would happen. I have it locked at 20 or 30 now I think.
