Hello,
Hopfully someone has a solution for this problem, i think its a firmware issue because the cams are to new.
Bought a Hikvision hybird 7604HI-ST recorder and the 2CD2742FWD-IZS and DS-2CD2722FWD-IZS camera's.
Im using for the recorder 3.0.13 build 151231 and for the camera's 5.3.8 build 151224.
The camera's are found by the seacrh option in the recorder i can add them but when i use the default Hikvision protocoll the cams stay offline.
When i create a custom1 profile with port 554 the cams come online i get a view in the live windows but when i want to use features ( motion detection etc) in the recorder i get a message that this isnt supported by the cammera.
The cams and the recorder are both european models, no chinese stuff.
I also send a email to Hikvision support, still waiting for a answer, but maybe some here on the forum has a simulair issue.
