Since upgrading to Blue Iris 5.7.8.1 today I am not able to use the box under Camera Setting, Video, Limit decoding unless required box. I check it and it restarts the camera screen when I click OK but is unchecked when it opens up again. Any idea's?

It's working as intended. From BI's built-in "Help", "Introduction" => "Update Notes":

5.7.7 - May 24, 2023
In order to reduce the chance for inadvertent configuration errors, this version enforces the use of required settings when dual-streaming is employed. Specifically, direct-to-disk recording, a pre-trigger buffer of at least 5 seconds, and no “limit decoding.”
