Able to view cams remotely through GDMSS but not web browser?

I am able to view cams remotely through GDMSS but when I type the URL ( example: https://4bff7c4cd6de.dahuaddns.com:1333/ ) into Internet Explorer it doesn't work.

I'm sure it is something simple but It's got me scratching my head atm. Any suggetsions?

EDIT:
Figured it out...
When routing HTTP port I missed a number in the NVR IP -_-
