I have an older Dahua camera model IPC-HDW5231R-Z that has been out of service for a couple of years. When I connect it to a POE switch it powers up and the video stream is available.
What I am trying to do is connect to the camera via FTP program to access the files on the internal storage card. I can remove the card and connect it to a Windows computer and access the files without issue.
I am lost in the initial camera setup to allow and configure FTP access. I was looking for a WIKI that might describe the process but found none.
Maybe this access is not allowed?
