Accessing SD Card using Foscams Software

I know that they are junk but they were serving me ok for a few years

I On;y use Internet E 11 to view my cameras , I am now getting error

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.

I tried reinstalling plugin still can't access the card see photos

I've changed browsers to firefox, it is working fine
