First post but have been trolling for a while...
I just got an Acti B97. Other than the IP address it is pretty much at its default config – 10.1.1.212. as you can see from the screen grab below, I get video from the camera’s normal web page. When I set it up in BI I get “no signal”. The PTZ functions work thru the BI UI so it can talk to the camera, just no image.
The camera is setup to send MJPEG @1280x720 and that is the option I am using in BI. I have another non-PTZ Acti that is setup and works just fine. What am I missing to get the new camera to work?
I’ve updated the firmware on the camera and am running the newest version of BI 3.66.00.
I’ve spent a couple hours on the web and haven’t found anything that works.
