ACTi comparable to Hikvision DS-2CD7254FWD-EIZHS

Hello

I am not too familiar with ACTi cameras but have heard good things about them.
I was going to go with the Hikvision DS-2CD7254FWD-EIZHS model, but thought that I should look into ACTi before making the final decision.
Do any of you know of any ACTi cameras that come closest to the above Hikvision camera?

PS - I live in the Northeast, so would ideally need a fan+heater for the outdoor cameras.

I have a few ACTi 3-MP exterior domes; They are great. The reason I went this route is that they are rated down to -40 Celsius, where the Hiks are not. My cameras need to run perfectly in a cold Canadian winter. Check out the http://www.networkcameracritic.com/ for his many reviews on ACTi products.

The Hiks are also rated to -40C/-40F but with the heater on. What model of ACTis are you using? And what NVR are you using as well?

I'm using an E72a and E82a (will expand to multiple cams of the same overtime). These models don't need a heater so their overall footprint size is smaller than the Hiks. And since this is for residential use, the smaller the better.

I'm using Blue Iris.
