Adding camera to iVMS-4200 via Cloud P2P Error

I'm trying to add a camera to my iVMS-4200 software via the Cloud P2P. When I do this I get the following error: "Adding failed. (OpenSDK[30500].)

Has anyone seen this and have a work around?

Which version of iVMS-4200 are you running? v3 may need the hiCloud process to be running. The executable is horribly named as startUp.exe and references EzViz at login. Windows UAC might be preventing it starting automatically. Your firewall may also be a factor.
I use iVMS-4200 v2.8.2.2 as it just 'works' with Win 10.
