AddToBIDB failed 665, and alert image not created...

I am getting these errors all afternoon. I just now had time to investigate what's going on. The entire time, NOTHING has been recording - whether clip or alerts.

More than anything, I'd like to know how to keep this from happening. I'm running UI3 version 229, Blue Iris version: 5.7.0.3. SSD for OS, internal spinny HDD for storage.

I've just started the "delete and rebuild database" operation from the console, but that normally takes about an hour.

I get that. I was getting these randomly on the stable versions as well. Only today did it STB with no recording at all. I was hoping the 665 error would point to a specific problem. I've just fired off an email to Ken.
