Adjusting zoom on an IPC-B52IR-Z12EB-S2

I have the same glaring issue with all my east facing cameras from around 8 AM to 10 AM. Fortunately, one is a PTZ which I change to a different position during that time. The east facing intersection camera as well as the LPR east and overview cameras I cannot change position, so I just deal with it
