Hi - I think I may have made the setup more complicated than necessary. Could someone please review the attached diagram and let me know if this configuration will work as I'm envisioning?
Essentially, for another part of the house, I decided to run shorter cables to connect to a PoE switch, with the intention of connecting that PoE switch to the main router/switch. Would the Lorex cameras be able to operate under that single NVR?
By the way, the NVR supports 8 wired and 8 wireless cameras, which is the Costco version. In the past, I tested it by connecting all 8 wired ports and then connecting Dahua cameras to the main router, and they were all detected on the appropriate channels.
