Advice on low wattage computer (fanless ?)

My computer is now several years, or more old and draws almost 100 watts of power.

So I am 'considering' buying something, preferably fanless, that has a lot less power consumption.

My Blue Iris system runs 10-cameras and I don't expect to have more than 15, at the most.

I am slowly switching out to Dahua Starlight 2MP.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a low power computer that can handle 10-15 cameras at 2MP ? (If there is such a thing).

A newer computer will draw less power. I'd be leery of any fanless PC not having enough CPU power to handle 15 camera. My i5-6500 draws maybe 30w with 9 2MP starlights @ approx 32% CPU utilization with the UI up.

Don't get hung up on fanless. The optiplex/elitedesk/prodesk i5-6500 computers you get cheap on eBay are very quiet and are an excellent mix of power and value.
