After upgrading DS-2CD6362F-I 1.27mm the camera does not respond

try changing 0,1,2 after upload complete try still pinging the camera ping should always work until message that firmware update is done.

Firmware take from dropbox link special for chinese 6362. The tftp tool take from the other link and replace just the firmware file. Do not try flashing 2xx2 firmware.

If it loose ping after 5-10 sec then you know it is wrong firmware or wrong flag.

I need to ask again is this chinese camera or EU/US ?

I see older cams need intermediate firmware to upgrade to latest firmware.
 
The camera model should be printed on the sticker

The Hiktools are in the sticky thread use them in a DOS Box to change the language flag.

Also it is very difficult to help you if you dont reply to my questions. Is this really chinese camera?

what firmware version this camera came with? Is it chinese or english originally or you dont know?

but from telnet i am succes to copy the digicap.dav file to the camera
how i am exctrac the file from linux mode?
or What I need to do to recover files?

You are in mini-recovery mode? What does SDAP Tool show? Did you try ask seller for correct file for your camera?
 
Sorry I have no idea but flash correct firmware ask seller for firmware. Why did you earse all nand if camera refused firmware it was wrong for your camera.
 
Did you solve this issue. I have same camera with Chinese Firmware here around and still did not find hacked firmware.

Anyone knows place for Hacked English Firmware?
