That model is listed in the first post, so it should be good.
Andy will have the definite answer but I think "Volt" is the name of the hardware platform (like how "Rhea" was the platform name for many of the popular 2MP Starlight models).

3 streams means that the camera outputs 3 separate resolution streams. The new Ultra AI models can output 5 streams. This is from the manufacturer page for a IPC-HFW7842H-Z
