Alarm notification not working...

Hi,
I've two DS-7104HGHI-F1 DVRs. They both are running latest firmware (DVR_K35_ML_STD_V3.4.80_Build161217.zip). I enabled motion detection on both DVRs but I'm able to receive alarms from one of the two DVRs only. Dvr 1 sends picture with alarm. Dvr 2 doesn't send an alarm. What could be the issue? Please help...
