Hi all, new to the forum...Seeking out a bit of assistance with my Hikvision setup.
I have Intrusion Detection and Line Crossing Detection setup on my cameras. I have the cameras set to push notifications to my iphone when activity is detected, which works great. I get a notification in the banner of my iphone. However, when I click it, it does not prompt me to start live view or view recorded playback. It just simply opens the app. Also, in IVMS under the 'Alarm' section, there is absolutely no record of the notification being logged. It says "no alarm information" although I know there is a current alarm. I have even refreshed list a few times and still nothing appears. I'm recording using an onboard microSD.
Would greatly appreciate any guidance on this. Hikvision customer service was of much use to me.
