Alert preview images not working

Hey guys. I'm having a ton of trouble with preview images not showing up on my alerts on the iOS app. A few months ago we always got preview images. Whether we were at home on the network or whether we were out of our home. First a few months ago preview images stopped working at all when on the home network, but if we were away from home, or shut the wifi off on our phones they would come through just fine. Now with the last few updates it doesn't even work when off the home network. Once in awhile we will get a preview image or two but most of the time we get nothing. This is a huge feature that we really like and are really missing! It's very nice when we get alert on our phone to just glance at our Apple Watch and know why the camera's are going off. Just wondering if there's a setting somewhere either in Blue Iris or in the iOS app that got messed up in the recent updates? I've tried looking around and can't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
