Alert Push notification images

Has anybody gotten push notifications on Android (version 11) to send alert pictures? I found several older posts about people having issues but didn't find a solution. I get images just fine with SMS alert actions. But all I get with app push notifications is the text. Running app version 3.0.26 and BI 5.4.3.12. I have "send rich notifications" enabled and set to alert images.

Nope, I am running an older phone Note 8 and I don't get the "rich push 3D notifications "alert image". I am running 5.4.5.1 and the latest Android App. no luck.
