Alerts deleted.....

This morning all my confirmed alerts disappeared. First time I can remember that happening. What would cause all confirmed alerts to be gone? I did find this in the log:

I thought they were just Database entries, so not sure why they would get removed.

Cancelled Alerts are still there.

Actually, cancelled alerts only go back a day now....

So, now it keeps doing it. Without making any changes all of a sudden it is only keeping a days worth of alerts or about 12 hours.....

Go into clips and archiving and make sure that the alerts folder is set for a larger GB - maybe you made a change elsewhere, like saving hi resolution images for the DB instead of low rez for example.

Would I need a size on the folder if all my alerts are just set for Database? I did add a new camera and copied it from another, but it's not currently recording, just testing.

Looks like it started happening on the 28th, probably when I set the new camera up. Strange.

I don't have hi-res turned on, just DB for alerts on all cameras.

24 hours after setting up the new camera it started happening:

I noticed a JPG in the Alerts folder from the New Camera even though it is set to DB only. Guess it could be because I'm not actually recording with the camera yet and the trigger was still set to motion sensor.... Since it is just sitting on the desk right now I turned the triggers off for now and will see what happens.
