Hey there!
I recently started having an issue with the alerts in Blue Iris. When the camera triggers they work fine, they are marked in the timeline and they appear in the alerts list, but all of them disappear after a minute or so. It doesn't matter if they are flagged or not, they always disappear.
I have all Sentry AI stuff disabled (went to the point of removing the ID on the register, so that no plan would be configured), so I know Sentry is not cancelling my alerts. It's also not a problem of space, as I have alerts configured to be stored in DB only (not as a photo in Alerts). And, anyway, I have plenty of space on disk.
I'm running the latest version of Blue Iris (5.3.9.13) but this started happening a while back, not with this version specifically.
Help would be appreciated
