The motion detection/alerts suddenly not triggered for my cameras in BI. I haven't made any changes. I'm really puzzled and not sure how to fix this issue. I'm running codeprojects AI.
I've done the following steps:
1)Reboot BI, BI Machine and cameras
2)On the latest stable critical update version but tried to install the latest update, didn't make a difference.
3)Checked the motion detection setting for the Dahua's cameras.
4)Deleted cameras and added back to BI.
Any other suggestions? Thanks.
