Alerts with images not working

I see the latest update 2.0.50 (2/4/18) supports alerts with images, something our iOS friends have had for a while. I've checked every option I can think of in the BI desktop software and still don't see images when I receive a push notification. I do see a placeholder where the image 'should' go, but no image. Any ideas ?

Does not work on lan or wan, everything else works perfectly fine.

I changed my port from 81 to 80, and no luck.. Changed it back to 81, and now I have images..

Ditto not working till I changed my webserver port and changed back. Even reset the service....weird.

I am seeing the image on the lockscreen, but I do have to expand the notification to see the image which I'm ok with.

Seems to work when I am on a WAN connection and not work when I am on the LAN
