Alexa not discovering Blue Iris

Tried starting the upnp and setting to automatic but it cant find my device also.
 
I was told by support that how Blue Iris used Alexa was depreciated by Amazon.

Hello,

Amazon is moving away from the "discover" model used for Alexa. That being said, Alexa likely is no longer functional with Blue Iris, and should be removed from the software until a proper Alexa Skill app can be developed.
