Alhua camera switch on off

I am carrying out an installation of an Alhua camera connected to a solar panel with batteries included as power. I have a 30,000 mAh battery. In order to save battery I only want the camera to be on during the day, is there a way for the camera to turn on and off at certain times either through the camera settings or to the NVR Alhua where it is connected?

Are you working with a Dahua camera?
Consider something like this ==>> 12V Timer Switch - Programmable, DC/AC/Solar Battery Powered | 12 Volt Timer Relay

It's a 7 day/24 hr timer with 16 events and battery backup. Not sure how much 12VDC current it draws.
