Aliexpress Hikvision MultiLanguage 4Mp Bullet - Where are they?

Why are there no multilanguage Hikvision 4Mp Bullet cameras on Aliexpress? Plenty of the English version 4Mp Bullet cameras but they are almost twice the price of what i expect the multilanguage camera to be.

Any reason that there are no Hik 4Mp Bullet cameras on Ali?

Entire store appear to be priced way below market value.

I also never had the need to update these cameras and they are only accessed through the NVR.

A great price although the 3000 series have the plastic mount instead of metal (2335) if anyone cares. I wonder if that supplier is on Ali ?
