That's the whole problem. There are no Deer Crossing signs, so they have no idea where to cross, so they just cross anywhere.

Then the idiots would ask the sign be moved because it's not a good area for deer to cross.

Deer have no idea what a car is, and no idea about how fast it is going. Totally clueless! Just like the idiots.
