I've followed everything to a T and can't seem to get Alexa to see BI. I set Amazon Echo Control to Enable on the General Tab of each camera. I go to Option > Mobile Devices and click on Connect to Amazon Echo, the have Alexa search for devices and there are no new devices found.
I have an R7000 router, running DD-WRT v3.0-r31980M kongac (05/11/17). I'm running a PF Sense (v2.3.4) firewall also. BI (V4.5.8.6x64) is on an HP desktop. My PC is on the same LAN as the Echo devices. I have even connected my PC to the same WiFi (instead of ethernet). No joy. I have turned off my McAfee firewall on my PC that BI is on. I turned off the firewall in DD-WRT. I enabled UPnP in DD-WRT. I've rebooted everything. Nothing seems to make a difference. Web server is enabled in BI also.
Anyone have any ideas?
