I just wanted to post that I solved a problem I was having setting up a new IP4M-1098EW-AI.
I'm using Release 5.9.9.45 x64, this may work in a future release.
Autodetect sets it to:
Amcrest ProHD/IP2/3/4K/4M/5M/8M Main Stream RTSP.
Image came in just fine, but I couldn't get PTZ to work at all. But no PTZ functionality.
Finally, I stole a solution from a different thread about Amcrest cameras. And set it to use a Dahua model:
Dahua IPC-HFW4431R-Z RTSP/ONVIF.
Also note that I changed the MainStream to the URL that the original Amcrest detection uses.
It might work under other profiles, but this is the first one where PTZ functioned. Note that I had to uncheck Anamorphic (force resize) to keep the image large/crisp.
