Amcrest IP8M-2493EW No signal

Hello,

I just bought BI5 am having trouble getting one of my four Amcrest cameras to work.

My 2 Amcrest Bullet IP8M-2496EW-28MM cams are both working OK.

Also my Amcrest Dome IP5M-1176EW is working OK.

However I can not get my Amcrest Dome IP8M-2493EW to work, I'm getting No signal.


I've tried BI4 with the same results that one cam does not get a signal.

All four cameras are working in Amcrest Surveillance Pro.

I've been searching around but haven't come across a fix, any help resolving this would be appreciated.

Yes I did
I click find, a list of my 4 cams are found, I select the one I want, IP8M-2493EW.
BI5 Inspect does it's thing, I get a "Done" message at the end. But No signal.

The other 3 cams added with Find/Inspect no problems, it's just this one cam.

Amcrest ipcam's is listed first for being supported by BI5.
Which is why I got BI5 but now I can't use BI5 because 1 of my cameras does not work in it.

EDIT: Problem resolved when I updated the cameras firmware. All working fine now.
