No. Amcrest is usually Dahua. The varifocal lens ranges are different (one starts a 2.7mm, one starts at 2.8mm) and the maximum FPS values are different (15 vs 20).

I see Amcrest gaining some speed these days.. They make cheaper camera.. 4K is really nice.

Amcrest does not "make" anything. Dahua makes it for them, usually with less features in the firmware.
